OK here it is... The A/C CONTROL POD. Dont know why I didnt create this sooner.
This POD contains the necessary componets to control your A/C compressor and electric fan activation with AC. It is set up to work with a standard TRINARY switch that would be installed into your high pressure line. If you order our JK AC LINES then the switch will thread right onto the provided port. The trigger line runs into the interior of the Jeep and is activated by either a useer installed switch or can be tapped into the dash switch on 07-10 JKs.
Once triggered, the juice heads to the trinary switch and if alls good there, then off to the compressor relay. The relay triggers and energizes the LS AC Compressor Clutch circuit. Additionally when the dash switch is triggered it activates the ELECTRIC FAN control relay in conjunction with the trinary switch. This feature only lets the trinary switch activate the electric fan[s] when the AC is actually ON. This FAN CIRCUIT provides a GROUND signal and can be spliced into your LS FAN CONTROL circuit of choice depending on your set up.
Designed to mount to the drivers side fender, the circuits/lines are sized accordingly. The AC Clutch circuit is left an open lead to connect to your LS AC Clutch wiring.
While this is designed for the JK LS application, the CONTROL POD can be used in any conversion needing a means to control the AC system.
